ワイナリーについて
1975年までのオーナーはよく知られたクリューズ社でしたが、同社がブレンドやラベリングの慣行を無視していることが裁判で明るみに出て、同社はシャトーを売却せざるを得なくなります。それを著名なコニャックの商人ギー・テスロンが買い取り、息子アルフレッドに管理を任せるようになった。アルフレッド・テスロンはワイン作りに情熱をそそぎ、現在ではメドックでも有数の成長株となっています。畑とセラーに多額の投資をし、非常に厳しい選別プロセスを実施した結果、現在のポンテ・カネは非常に素晴らしいワインとなっています。

Pontet Canet is the pioneer among the Crus Class?s for the use of biodynamic culture : 2010 is the first certified vintage.Since the 2012 vintage, about a third of the production has been aged in concrete amphoras; A way of keeping the aromatic purity of the wine.Located just next to Lafite and Mouton Rothschild, Pontet Canet benefits from an outstanding terroir.
